A Little About Me

I was born in Vietnam in 1981. In 1986 my family and I fled the country in search of a better life. We were fortunate to make it out of Vietnam alive. I now reside in Broomfield, Colorado. I speak Vietnamese and English fluently, have 4 brothers and 1 sister. I played professional poker for the last ten years and now starting a new venture in real estate developement. I am married with a beautiful wife, 3 year-old daughter, and have a Boston Terrier. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I like to stay active playing basketball, hiking, and fishing. I give back by volunteering my time at my local church. Did I mention I love Betttas?

I fell in love with bettas at young child. I always had one or two bettas in my room growing up. I started getting serious about Betta Keeping 2 years ago. I started to research bettas and tried various techniques in raising them. It has been a adventurous and enjoyable exprience for me. I made some new friends on the way that really helped me along the hobby. One of them was Linda Olson, whom I have become very fond of. I would like to thank her as well as many others that shared their experiences and ideas with me about betta keeping. With this blog I intend to do the same for all my readers.
